Course Synopsis
GTX 222 is designed to acquaint learners with the basic sciences in diagnostic radiology knowledge. The discussion touches on the basic physics of X-ray production, introduction to imaging, radiographic production and factors that influence the quality of the radiograph. By the end of this course, learners will be able to apply the knowledge (PO1; C1-C3), skills (PO 2, P1-P3) and scientific problem solving skills (PO3; CTPS 1-CTPS 3) learnt in this course.
